Hello Officer

Well today Shawn and I had dinner with my family in the area: Cassie, Nick, Ela and baby Brayden (who is sooo adorable!) After dinner we went up by the bell tower to take some family pictures for Nick and Ela. After taking some cute pics we decided to head home. As I pulled out of the parking lot I decided that I didn't want to take the time (so lazy) to find a legal spot to turn around so I quickly made an illegal u-turn. Right as I did it I said, "Hope there wasn't a cop around." Sure enough one was and quickly pulled me over. The officer asked me if I knew why he pulled me over and I told him why. He took my license and registration and returned in a few minutes. He said, "You have two options: he can buy you a milkshake, or a fifty dollar ticket." Shawn and I both agreed that he would buy me a milkshake. I apologized and thanked the officer and swore to myself that I wouldn't ever make an illegal u-turn again. I am very thankful.
